Please try to keep it to a maximum of 500 words/half page document size.

All Personal Testimonials will be viewed by the NAHA Board of Directors and will be posted on the NAHA Website for educational purposes, as well as for sharing from a personal view.
All submission are subject to the NAHA Board of Directors discretion for posting.
